This package includes:
- A legal consult with a lawyer with experience dealing with Highway Safety Code infractions and contesting tickets.
- Any conversation with our attorneys with regards to the ticket you entrusted us with.\
- The study and analysis of your ticket.
- The request of the disclosure of evidence, in order to obtain copy of the police report that was written by the police officer that intercepted you.
By entrusting us with your ticket, you transfer all your worries and stress along with it. Our primary objective is to obtain a great result for your specific situation while also saving you the stress of going to Court.
We don't believe in fine print and we try to be as up front as possible about our services. We don't believe in the hidden "file-opening" fees that some competitors charge. We will gladly open a file for you, free of charge.
This is why we insist on clearly stating that if your file requires a full trial in Court, there will be additionnal charges. These charges are variable and will depend on your specific case since all trials are unique. However, you can trust that our fees will be as unbeatable as our package pricing and we will gladly give you an estimate during your first call.
Finally, any postponement of your Court date is not included in our package and costs 50$.
